It discusses the role of the AIDS epidemic in limiting children’s - especially girls’ - access to education, as well as its effects on the efficacy of the education system itself. The report proposes strategies to increase girls' access to education and enumerates possible courses of action for governments and international partners wishing to work toward this goal.
