A Second Look At The Role Education Plays In Women's Empowerment

This report looks at the impact of education on the lives of girls and women and emphasizes that while primary education is important, governments and the international development community need to also invest in girls' post-primary education in order to achieve the third Millennium Development Goal of gender equality and women's empowerment.
