Three women elected MEPs, Malta

It was a red letter day for female politicians yesterday as Malta went from having no women in the European Parliament to three.The casual elections saw Marlene Mizzi, Roberta Metsola and Claudette Abela Baldacchino clinching the coveted seats in Brussels.
