International IDEA, together with the ACE Electoral Knowledge Network partner organizations, will launch the ACE Practitioners’ Network at the GEO (Global Electoral Organizations Conference) in Washington, DC on March 29, 2007. International IDEA will also invite ten Regional Electoral Resource Centres to join ACE as Associate Members. The Resource Centres will be the knowledge hubs and focal points of ACE at the regional level and will add a regional dimension to the Practitioners’ Network.
