The Women Leaders for the World Program is a residential leadership development program that sparks innovation, fosters global citizenship, and expands the capacity and network of women leaders. This is a week long program and features:

• Classroom lecture and discussions with leading experts on leadership and related capabilities
• Mentoring/coaching in leadership and project development
• Ongoing support towards completion of the participant’s projects following the program
• Building of a global women’s network among participants and other members of our global network
