Women in Jordan's House of Representatives (Majlis Al-Nuwaab)
I am trying to find out if any of the six women who occupy reserved seats in Jordan's House of Representatives are Christian and/or Palestinian. Or, are they all Jordanian and Muslim? Thanks!

Women in Jordan's House of Representatives (Majlis Al-Nuwaab)
Dear Ms. Hughes,
All women holding the six reserved seats in Jordan’s Chamber of Deputies are Muslim, although there were several Christian women contesting in 2003 elections. Five of the elected women are Jordanians and one is Palestinian who ran as the member of the Islamic Action Front (IAF) party.
