Interview with Former Secretary of State Madeleine K Albright
Enviado por Boitumelo el Vie, 2007-04-06 20:44.
I enjoyed reading the interview with the Former Secretary of State.
However, I missed what i'd love to see in future interviews with the women in leadership and this is:
"Besides being first or modelling the way, what tangible change did you (the interview guest) make during your term of office to benefit and continue to benefit women or still resonate beyond your state official term?
This for me will enable other women to take up office to have impact and multiply the effect of women being elected into office.

That is a great point-
That is a great point- Thanks.
I think that there are a number of women leaders that will say that they are just another leader, like any man, and do not necessarily need to benefit or help other women. We all know that none of us arrived at where we are without the assistance of others. Your question will help them to think about how they could and perhaps should be helping women, even if helping individual women through internships or mentoring.
