Canada: Female politicians have a duty to stand up for women

The girls of the world can't afford to have female politicians not pay attention to them: Teenage girls account for one in 10 births in the world, but more teen mothers die in childbirth than any other age group: Less than two cents of every development dollar is directed toward girls; about 25,000 girls a day will become child brides during the next 10 years.
