As world leaders convene in New York for the 67th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) to tackle major global issues such as poverty and hunger, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) will be involved in a series of key events on issues ranging from sustainable development to Rule of Law in an effort to promote the acceleration of progress towards the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
