Hearts and Minds – Women of India Speak
The photo essay captures the voices and hopes for change of hundreds of elected women representatives in five states across India. The ‘Hearts and Minds’ report is aimed at sharing the “lived experiences” of women and girls in India and ensuring that the voice are meaningfully reflected in the emerging post-2015 development discourse and agenda.
