IPU's Meeting of Women Parliamentarians

The 116th IPU Assembly will be held in Indonesia from 29 April to 4 May 2007. A Meeting of Women Parliamentarians (for registered delegates at the Assembly) will be held on 29 April 2007. The Meeting will have a focused panel on Political parties and women's political participation, and will discuss issues related to Job creation and employment security in the era of globalization (Second Standing Committee, item #5 of the Agenda).
