e-Discussion for the Report of the Secretary-General on Peacebuilding and Early Recovery

UN Peacebuilding Community of Practice will host an e-Discussion for the Report of the Secretary-General on Peacebuilding and Early Recovery as part of the consultation process designed to give stakeholders throughout the peacebuilding community the opportunity to share their views on these issues. The first phase of the discussion will consider issues related to the key areas of the SG Report: enhanced strategy and leadership, enhanced capacity to respond (national, regional and international), and faster and more flexible funding mechanisms and will be co-moderated by Sally Fegan-Wyles, Project Director, SG Report Team, Peacebuilding Support Office.

The second phase of the e-discussion will focus on women's engagement in recovery and peacebuilding, as one of the substantive focus areas of the report. UN staff members are invited to participate in the discussion by writing to pb-cop@groups.un-network.org.
