Addressing a forum on gender equality held in Hanoi on March 9, Deputy Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, Nguyen Thanh Hoa, emphasised that the national strategy on gender equality in the 2011-2020 period aims to intensify measures to ensure gender equality and get women involved in narrowing the gender gap in politics, education and training, and science and technology sectors and other fields.
