Sixteen years ago the BRIDGE –Building Resources in Democracy, Governance and Elections– project was initiated. This is a joint initiative between the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA), the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC). Alianza por la Solidaridad is looking for a consultant to generate evidence on response to gender based violence in the context of the Syrian Crisis in Lebanon and Jordan. 

The purpose of the consultancy is to generate evidence as to the extent, types and response to gender based violence in the context of the Syrian Crisis in Lebanon and Jordan in order to improve prevention, protection and survivor support, particularly with regards to sexual violence.
