An integrated response: human rights and development Violence, rape, prostitution, insecurity are issues that have not been touched by Oxfam or other organisations in Darfur. It is an area that ‘does not exist’. Oxfam is absolutely not in a position to think of approaching such topics in the foreseeable future … [it] would be meddling and intrusion by amateurs, and likely to add to the problems.
