National Seminar on "The Process of Engendering a New Constitution for Rwanda"

This publication reports on a seminar organized in Kigali, Rwanda in June 2001 by the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) and UNDP. The purpose of the seminar was to provide a forum for discussion on the practical ways and means of ensuring that Rwanda's future constitution is gender-sensitive.
