Submitted by Salma Nasser on

As the UN Commission on the Status of Women convenes its 58th session, iKNOW Politics celebrates its 7th anniversary.

Since it was created, the International Knowledge Network of Women in Politics has become the one-stop-shop for those committed to helping women in the political arena across continents and languages. Since its launch, iKNOW Politics has drawn almost 500,000 visitors from around the world and the network continues to grow. iKNOW Politics continues to provide a unique platform for women, expanding their influence as leaders in national, regional and international contexts by amplifying their voices and providing them with a global network for experience sharing and knowledge creation. iKNOW Politics aims to enhance women’s capacity to advocate, lobby and build awareness on women’s issues, priorities and rights through online discussions, interviews and access to free expert advice.
