12 Mar 2012 - Opposition members of Parliament (MPs) have described President Sata as a ‘man of action’ following his decision to upgrade the Gender in Development Division (GIDD) to a full ministry.
Zambezi East MP Sara Sayifwanda (MMD) said she is happy with President Sata’s decision to upgrade GIDD to a full ministry.
Ms Sayifwanda said this in Parliament yesterday during the Vice President’s question time.
