Zambia: Patriotic Front concerned about women’s low levels of education

Source:

PATRIOTIC Front (PF) deputy secretary-general Bridget Kalonga-Attanga has observed that unequal access to education by women and their lack of interest in active politics is hindering gender equality in decision-making positions.
Ms Attanga said in an interview that although there is goodwill from President Sata to promote gender mainstreaming in key positions in Government, women were disadvantaged by their unequal access to education.
