 Mobilizing gender balanced participation in project planning and management
 Developing a gender sensitive policy framework in project management 
 Mentoring project work teams and units in how to mainstream gender in project management
 Gender sensitive project management processes 
 Streamlining gender in project and development work
 Gender neutral project planning and management 
 Gender sensitive human resources management in project management
