Webinar: putting a gender lens on leadership in COVID-19 response and recovery

The webinar “Putting a Gender Lens on Leadership in COVID-19 Response and Recovery” is part of UN Women’s efforts to highlight the importance of women’s leadership and participation in decision-making during the pandemic and beyond. The event provides a forum for conversation on women’s leadership and feminist policies during the pandemic and beyond. During the webinar, the authors, Jennifer Piscopo and Malliga Och, will present key findings of the UN Women Working Paper "Effective, Decisive, and Inclusive: Women’s Leadership in COVID-19 Response and Recovery". The participants of the webinar will also have the opportunity to hear about UN Women "Beyond COVID-19: A feminist plan for sustainability and social justice". Discussion and Q&A with the audience will follow the presentations.
