The National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI) seeks a seasoned Program Manager/Senior Program Manager with strong staff and program management and writing skills to support the Institute’s democratic development programs in Southern Africa, particularly Botswana, Malawi, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Experience managing USAID funded programs is highly desirable. This position will report to the Southern and East Africa Regional Director and Deputy Director, and is based in Washington, D.C. Applicants must possess current authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship in order to be eligible for this position.
