Beline Irakoze
Beline Irakoze, a 24-year-old law graduate from Burundi, shares her passion for youth and women empowerment through her work as a program manager at Africa Youth Leadership Coordination and as a mentor at Burundi American International Academy.
She is particularly focused on empowering young women, whom she sees as key drivers of national development. Through her initiative “Leadership Legacy,” she supports women and youth in rural Ngozi, aiming to expand it into a national platform. She emphasizes the importance of learning, networking, and collaboration across countries, noting that women across Africa face similar challenges.
Beline believes that real transformation comes through unity, shared learning, and collective empowerment, and she values the leadership academy as an opportunity to grow personally and professionally while contributing to broader social change.
