Review of Partner Relationships with GONG and Transparencia

This paper describes the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs’ (NDI) experience working with GONG, a Croatian coalition formed before the 1997 elections, and Transparencia, a Peruvian Organization consisting of professionals and intellectuals. It describes the strengths and weaknesses of these organizations and provides recommendations for future NDI relationships with local organizations.
