Sixth Annual Management & Leadership Development for Women in Government

The Management and Leadership Development for Women in Government series is the premier series of conferences that specifically addresses women’s issues in the public sector and state owned enterprises. South Africa has a long history of segregation, and the Management and Leadership Development for Women in Government conferences seeks to address these issues and equip delegates with the tools they need to enhance their leadership skills and management styles within their individual department s and organisations.

This year’s programme will focus on:

Mobilising your female staff and colleagues to be more innovative and experimental in order to realise their full potential
Mentoring young women in the quest to develop powerful women role models
Maintaining the balance between your career and home life to ensure a healthy relationship with family and colleagues
Working together, not against, men in order to truly prove yourself as a strong, independent woman
Using your image effectively through personal branding and professionalism
Discovering the historical background to women’s present social position
Who will I meet and who is speaking?
This year’s event is packed with even more inspirational women in the public sector and state owned enterprises than previous years!
