A government fund meant to assist vulnerable women under the Ministry of Women Affairs, Gender and Community Development has been abused, a recent parliamentary report has revealed.
The report by the Parliamentary Committee on Youth and Gender said it unravelled incidents whereby undeserving women were allowed to access the Women's Develop-ment Fund ahead of more deserving cases.
