From the perspective of legislation, many partners are mobilizing to support women to present itself massively as candidates in these elections, in order to benefit from the favours of the law on parity announced by the head of State. Can welcome about regretting nevertheless that these initiatives can contribute to the entrenchment of democracy in our country because they are taken, without so far count with the reality of the sociopolitical situation in General, and marginalization of the opposition political parties in particular.
It is for us in reality, engage these partners on the thorny question of financial means of access to the media state, and freedom of expression of political parties of the opposition activists. Our reservations are based on the socio-professional situation of the opposition activists who are for the most part, that of the unemployed, individuals and some few small officials, who are struggling daily to join the two ends.
Women activists of the opposition in their major part, are illiterate traders and almost ' illiterate who are immediately excluded from the race by the electoral code, which requires the minimum of BEPC to be eligible. Worse still, all studies on the participation of women in politics have proven that they are harmed because of their limited means and especially their exposure to poverty. and Togolese women steal not to rule.
However in the camp to power, it is not uncommon to see these very well-off women either by their own activity or by their spouse get lift as a candidate and winning without great efforts activism or conviction or political objective. We then witnessing two women's groups in competitions without common interests. But we can concede this except that sometimes, the imbalance in levels of education and activism is not conducive to constructive discussions with a view to the improvement of the living conditions of people in General and women in particular. It is not uncommon in the country, a lack of debate between women parliamentarians of parties opposed during a legislature.
This situation, in which men talk instead of their "wife" in our opinion, makes illegitimate actions of women truly involved in politics and the struggle for the democratization of the country. Regarding the strict application of both desired parity, it would be no longer amazing to find ourselves, in the current conditions, with women of a single political camp, which has the means to recruit, call an already odd Assembly (91 members).
The question is then to consider the issue of parity in Togo at the time where the political game is not yet balanced and where women are still struggling to take places in the governing bodies of political parties and where even access to media and ICTs remain a luxury. In other words, parity cannot - it be for failure of democratization countries partners a way to do this instead of sticking to the digital aspect of women in the legislature?

Summary:
Partners of Togo should ensure equality of opportunity for all politicians of the countries as well of the opposition parties in power to legitimize their action for parity in the legislative and local perspective to come. This is to encourage remediation of the political game and the transparency of the elections and to help financially and technically the women. Which case the parity would be reduced in a digital satisfaction of women elected to the chagrin of democracy
