This report focuses on the socioeconomic infrastructure and human development situation in Cambodia's villages; analyzes the disparities across poor and rich villages; and discusses recent attempts to promote participatory grassroots development in the country.

This report analyzes the formulation of policy regarding human development in Estonia. It examines the extent to which good governance principles, with the basic elements of decentralization, transparency, lawfulness and participation, are followed in Estonia.
