Presidential and Parliamentary Elections in Zimbabwe
There are currently 32 (14.95%) women in the Zimbabwean House of Assembly out of 214. There are 24 (24.24%) women in the Senate out of 100 members.
The lack of quotas for women in local government has become burning issue, not only for aspiring female politicians, but also for all Zimbabwean women.
