At their annual Axim Area Women Fellowship Convention of the Sacred Action Church at Half Assini, the District Chief Executive (DCE) of Jomoro, Mr Victor Nyianyi Kablan, has advised that women should be unrestrained in taking up political roles. The DCE stated that there could not be any proper development without the involvement of women but expressed regret that unlike other areas in the country, women in the Nzema area do not involve themselves in the decision-making process.
