A former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential aspirant Mrs. Sarah Jubril has faulted the Nigerian Women Trust Fund to be launched by the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs, saying it should have come earlier than now.
The Trust Fund is to provide logistics support for female candidates in the 2011 elections and beyond as part of programmes to mark this year's international women's day.
