15 April 2012 - A tough battle to the East African Legislative Assembly started officially here yesterday as the relatives of former prominent leaders fight to be elected to represent the country in the regional House on Tuesday.
The office of the clerk to the National Assembly yesterday released a list of 34 candidates expected to contest the seats and are to be elected by members of Parliament.
