Gender Budgeting Guidelines and Analytical Tools for Lower Local Governments (First Edition)

These guidelines were developed to address the current deficiencies in gender budgeting in Uganda. They aim to provide lower local government stakeholders with the tools and methodology to undertake gender budgeting during their planning and budgeting processes so as to formulate and implement budgets that address the particular needs and interests of men and women, boys and girls.
