National Gender Budget Project: Evaluation Report, December 2003

This report evaluates the strengths, weaknesses and overall effectiveness of the one-year National Gender Budget Project in Uganda. The project was undertaken in an effort to strengthen members of parliament's capacities to undertake gender budgeting and to advocate for more gender sensitive budgets in Uganda. The report also suggests strategies and methodologies for strengthening the impact of the project.
