Women Candidate Training: Campaigning for Local Elections

This report presents an overview of the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs' program to increase the number and effectiveness of Nepali women seeking to run in the 1997 local elections. It provides information on the candidate and campaign staff training sessions, the campaign manual used in the program, the program evaluation, and the program's accomplishments and future activities.
