INDONESIA CASE: How to develop strategies to improve gender mainstream awareness among women parliamentarian member
Today certainly there are more women occupying public office; getting elected either in the parliament, either at the national or regional Representatives. Unfortunately, the rise of women politician does not necessarily corresponded to greater women’s representation in political masses. Most women politicians’ campaign often run and administered by their male family members in which in the process often detach women from supposed to be their past or future constituencies.
My question is how to develop strategies to improve gender mainstream awareness among women parliamentarian members?
Thank you!
Best wishes,
Siti Nurjanah
