LSE Exhibition on Women, Peace and Equality

The Women, Peace and Equality exhibition will be open to all until April 9, 2016 at the London School of Economics. Focusing on the theme of women and peace, the exhibition explores how women have promoted peace and tried to maintain it. It also shows how women have raised awareness about those who have suffered in different wars during the first half of the twentieth century and how they have alleviated the distress of war through humanitarian relief work. The exhibition also covers key international events from 1975 which have led to the subject of women, peace and security entering the international agenda. For more information, please click here
