These guidelines were developed to address the current deficiencies in gender budgeting in Uganda.

This manual is intended to provide reference material on gender budgeting to trainees in local lower governments in Uganda. It aims to acquaint the trainees with the key concepts, processes and tools used in gender budgeting.
