The Women's Campaign School (WCS) at Yale University is a non-partisan and issue neutral leadership program that gathers women from the United States and across the world for an intensive five-day training. With the aim to improve women’s political engagement, the program is designed to teach campaign skills by bringing experienced campaign professionals and elected officials to share their knowledge.

iKNOW Politics interviewed Maria Fleming, a student at the WCS 2016 and a Legislative Assistant to a female MP in Canada.
